AskDimitri provides research methodology, publishing, career, and educational guidance: the weekly letters, the assistant, and the library materials. It is an educational platform, nothing more.
Using AskDimitri does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Magouliotis or anyone else. Nothing here is medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for clinical, legal, or financial decisions.
Do not submit patient-identifiable data, clinical records, operative notes, imaging, private institutional files, or confidential peer-review material. If you want to discuss a case or a document, de-identify it first and make sure you have the right to share it. The platform is not HIPAA compliant and inputs should be treated as non-confidential.
The assistant is built on a large language model. Its outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and it is instructed to refuse to invent citations rather than guess. You are responsible for verifying every citation, journal policy, guideline, and factual claim before you rely on it or submit it anywhere.
Nothing here guarantees publication, residency match, grants, visas, citations, promotion, or any other career outcome. The letters and the assistant teach patterns and strategy; the work and the results are yours.
The letters, templates, playbooks, and library materials belong to Dr. Dimitrios Magouliotis. Your membership grants personal use, not redistribution or resale. What you write with the assistant's help is yours; the questions you send to the mailbag may be answered, in anonymized form, in the letters or in future materials.
Access is free and opens in cohorts. It can be paused, limited, or ended for abuse of the platform, for unsubscribing from the letters, or for operational reasons. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which erases your data as described in the privacy policy.
